Red Canyon

Saturday I went for a long hike in Red Canyon. Red Canyon is 15 miles west of Bryce and is the western slope of the Paunsaugant Plateau. The Thunder Mountain trail combines deep red hoodoos and black basalt from old volcanos to the north. The severe fault is nearby.
